WHY NOT A MASTIFF

On this page I want to make you aware what you bring home, not to scare you!

what you once needed (costs vary enormously)

-Collar and belt (should you have time to adjust the collar, they grow fast)

First aid box with tick-

-borstels/kam

what you often need:

Transport (a specialty food quickly takes 55 to 75 euros per kilo 12/14)

Worm agent (average 9 per 10 kg 4 times a year)

-vlooien/tekenpipetten (frontline combo costs about 11.65 per 60 kg)

-A veterinarian (consultation fees vary by practice)

Immunizations (varies by type of vaccinations and vet, averaged 50 to 60 euro by year, rabbis compulsory in some countries (average 25 euro in 3 years)

-tandenborstel/tandpasta (also great for your dog to get used to vet or inspections)

-botten/speelgoed

Courses for yourself and the dog

And of course poop bags!!

Exhaust Service

Apart from the cost-there are practical things:

-A bigger car is pretty handy

-You can spend enough time with your dog (especially the first year)
--Are you prepared that anything you dirty dog, and shorter battery life?

-If you work or you are on your own, help is if you can then also provide him / her?

-Are you ready for that you should have plenty of time to entertainment? (If you're lucky not)

-That if they have diarrhea, you are not a small problem but a decent?!

When wounded, you might need to wear them? (With help from others)

-They can properly drain after eating / drinking (drool on the wall is not uncommon)

-She soon may pick things apart (which was not the intention)

-They are huge in the way

Rasproblemen-they have (which can run properly if you have bad luck)



Of course you do NOT SOME COSTS TO YOU OR WITH SOME THINGS less.

We assume a model dog YOU GET WHERE YOU FOR YEARS TO HAVE FUN IN GOOD HEALTH!

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE ONLY WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT, AND WHETHER YOU REALLY CAN SPEND TIME AND MONEY IN A MASTIFF.
